Naramachi hosts a summer vegetarian party at the beginning of summer when the Jizo-bon Festival is held. Red, yellow and green. Looking at summer vegetables, you will feel energized. Of course they are delicious on their own, but we have added the traditions and wisdom of Japanese cooking to them, and carefully prepared them with a little extra care and attention.
